Marketing Intern

At Full Spectrum Marketing, the Marketing Intern is a temporary, entry-level position occupied by an excellent communicator who is responsible for supporting the needs of the FSM Team to aid in client growth, completing day-to-day tasks, and other duties that reinforce FSM’s position as the #1 agency for partnership. This is a paid internship and the weekly schedule will be 16 hours weekly.

FSM’s ideal Marketing Intern must have

Problem-Solving Ability. Understanding what to do, and figuring out how to get it done.

Communication. You can write and speak well because you can listen well! 

Professionalism. Carry yourself with respect for your team and FSM’s clients!

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Embrace top-notch partnership as the #1 goal of FSM’s Digital Intern role.
  • Assist the FSM team with research and coordination of client projects.
  • Effectively research and prepare notes for client campaigns and projects.
  • Take clear and detailed notes during client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Implement tasks through FSM’s systems (with Manager approval).
  • Collaborate with FSM team members to complete deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with the FSM team and leadership.
  • Measure: Effectively complete assigned tasks on time, limit rework.

Skill Set

  • Competence with web-based tools, applications, and platforms.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Specifically, proficient in Google Products such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • High level of organization.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Persistent to see a task through until it’s done right.
  • Self-motivated to jump into what the team needs without a lot of direction, learning by asking good questions.
  • Interest in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, etc. is a plus

Education Requirements

All candidates must be current students pursuing a degree and experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field. This position does not require previous experience, though applicable training will be given priority.
